I'm blown away at what a pleasant experience this has been since Bill started his work. Before I spoke with Bill, I had 3 guys come out that were personal referrals. One was outrageously expensive and the other two never even followed through with estimates. We were starting to get very frustrated with pool contractors. Then we had two come out referred by Homeadvisor and THEY never followed through! Homeadvisor then called us with Bill's number and we had him come out. We had a pretty big job. A 30,000 gallon pool that needed resurfacing, new water line and spa tile, both pool lighting repaired/replaced and flowerbeds taken out and decked with flagstone. Bill was very professional and he got an estimate to me when he said he would, so we hired him. Bill was in constant communication throughout the process and his workers did a FANTASTIC job and nice cleanup. It looks like a resort! Bill's prices were very reasonable, to boot. Thanks, Bill and we wish you the best in your business.

They drilled holes in bottom of pool not knowing where lines were didn,t want holes done ,but they did it anyway. only one spoke English..The worst thing was that they put drain cap down all the way and it was cross threaded, so now I have to have it drained again and removed!!! Wham, Bam work!!!

Bill Roach arrived when he said he would arrive, he was the only company that agreed to come out and look at the pool to give he estimate and the work was done fast after we decided to use his company. The installation of the salt generator looks good, neat and clean.

We had a small project (plaster/cool deck) and most of the other pros quoted prices that were too high and were recommending all kinds of add-ons that we repeatedly said we weren't interested in. Bill, on the other hand, listened to us and understood what we wanted, gave us recommendations on what and how we can save and salvage, and gave us the fairest price. His people came on time, were courteous and clean, and they got the job done in the time frame Bill said they would. We are very happy with Ideal Pool and we will gladly use them again and we recommend Bill to others anytime.

They were on time, finished the project in exactly the time frame they said they would. The cleaned up after themselves every day and didn't leave a spec behind. The were very detailed in the work they did, our pool replaster is great and we are very happy. We would recommend Bill and his team and will use them again if we ever need to.

My contact, Bill, was a pro throughout the whole process. The crews are seasoned and friendly professionals and they returned my pool to it's former glory. :-) It's a messy job, but they cleaned up everything and left the pool area in better condition than when they arrived. Not only was the contracter knowledgeable about what needed to be done but the men that did the work were extremely intelligent and cabable. They came when they said they would and did what they said they would. They built a new water feature for my pool and did it from a picture I showed them. It turned out looking fantastic as did the whole pool. They replaced a third of my deck, fixed the coping, replaced the pool light, retiled and plastered the pool and built a new water fall. It is now a beautiful pool and water fall, and I am very happy with Ideal Pool Service.

They replaced my pool skimmer in my in ground gunite pool. Took them 5 hours. They cut out the very minimum concrete decking. Price was excellent and did not want to be paid anything until the job was complete. Very pleased

They came on the day we arranged and did the work as proposed. I was very satisfied with their performance and the quality of the work performed.
