We provide prompt, complimentary estimates based on the scope of work and our representative's observation of your situation. There will be an honest and clear communication with you about how we plan on completion of your work and a realistic time frame. We have over 25 years in the construction business, both commercial and residential. No job is too big or too small. Our focus is our client's satisfaction and our goal is a life-long business relationship, too. We don't charge for trips or estimates. Scope of work will be discussed and an on-site appointment will take place before any estimate is communicated. We don't give estimates over the phone or without taking the time to see the work needed. We are an insured contractor.

I purchased a coupon for drywall services through Angie's List for another provider. They came out and evaluated termite damage (which I was aware of, but not the extent) that required some demo and re-framing. They gave me the option to apply the face value of the coupon to the full job, to which I agreed. This basically trebled the cost of the job.
The original company worked most of the day tearing out the end of a dividing wall, removing a door and trim, ripping out a section of drywall, re-framing and roughing in replacement drywall. It really looked awful, but they assured me that when they came back and did the finishing work it would be fine.
The original company sent Lee out as a subcontractor to do the finishing work. Lee basically had to rip out all the work the other company had done and do it over. The re-framing wasn't anchored to the slab, so it was still loose. The replacement drywall was sloppily hung and wasn't anywhere NEAR flush to the wall. The trim had been damaged when it was removed, and the work was not nearly up to standard. Lee started over and did a beautiful job. He finished the job to the highest standards in the same amount of time it took the other company to botch it up. He was prompt, cheerful, professional, worked clean and took the time and effort to do a truly outstanding job.
