Everything started out great. There were 3 guys, they arrived on time AND they brought all of their own furniture dollies, moving blankets, and clear wrap. I must say that all of the movers were very nice and personable and there was no damage to any of my belongings during the move. The deal that I purchased was for 3 movers for 3 hours. I thought that would be plenty of time to empty out my small apartment (1000 sq ft.) These were possibly the slowest movers that I have ever had in my life. It took them 6 HOURS to move my stuff, and ended up costing me more to use them and buy the "deal" then it would have to just hired movers from a bigger moving company. If time is not an issue, and you don't mind spending over $500 to move, then use this company. I have had just as good of service with other moving companies that were half the price.

We did offer a solution to fix your floor immediately but did not accept it, we did look all over Houston even in other states to replace about 7 tiles that were slightly damaged and it was around seven because the scratches are around 2 feet long each. your kind of floor was discontinued since 2009 and there's no spare parts to replace the ones that are damaged. We offer a professional service to repair and it was not accepted by you. Replacing the whole house floor it's not an option and it's really non-sense. I have sent you the conversation that I had with the expert of the brand, the ones that told me directly that it was discontinued since 2009, actually they give me the way to repair thew floor same option that we already gave you but you did not accept. About the information you are telling, that you found the floor in less than 3 minutes I couldn't disagree more, I have asked you to tell me where did you find the floor and you have ignored my request; therefore, it tells me that it's not true. About the dresser and the fridge, well it's the first time you mention it. I'm truly sorry about this inconvenience, but we have offered several times to amend the damage. We even tried to find the same floor to replace the tiles, that is more than anyone would offer, but due to the lack of existence we can't replace the tiles, and as your are not willing to use your spare tiles, you leave us with no options. About the arriving hour, the only stated hour was 3pm (in the email), the 2pm arriving was a suggestion but it never was written down so at the moment to check the hour we had to arrive it was the only hour I could find that was written, but we apologize for that at the moment and we do apologize again. It's fair to say that arriving "late" did not affect what we charged you as the time started running after we park and set everything to start working, not before(other companies start the time when they depart from the office). About the additional hour we never hide it, you paid in advance $53.00 per hour the first 3 hours including fuel which ($159.00) is a pretty good deal already. The extra hour was commented by phone, about having an extra hour you've asked to shrink wrap all the furniture as it's meant to be, because you and us didn't want to take the risk to damage any single piece of furniture; therefore, it was going to take time to shrink wrap everything perfectly. if you moved some stuff was because you didn't want to exceed the time over the 4th hour. The three hours it's a timeline not a deadline, it's the amount of hours paid in advance at an amazing price. every client always must be aware that the moves can take time, we never stopped working, we barely stopped to drink water which is necessary for a good performance and health of the workers. I'm really sorry that you feel this way we tried to do our best always and I think we did pretty good for a 2 bedroom 2 story house. but well I really appreciate your comments they are always welcome and I hope we can do better next time.
