They came out pretty quickly and were able to work around our schedules.

They use an outside company to do the estimate, and another one to do the work. My real estate agent told me that market wouldn't sustain anywhere near what I owe on the house, which he hasn't told me in the prior months. He asked me to get the work done, and I had the work done. The work went absolutely fine. They came in and laid the carpet. Their work was up to the mark. I really have to praise the people at home depot. There was an older lady who worked there, and she made sure that the carpet would pass the FHA requirement for residential carpet, and ensure it meets the requirement if the house is barely the subject over an FHA loan. She was very thorough. The whole process was contracted out including measurements and installation; but the whole thing was handled thoroughly. We had a problem communicating with the installers, they send out to install the carpet because they didn't seem to have English as their native language. It was resolvable. Their price was acceptable, and it was within the range. The quality of work was good. They came when they were supposed to. The lady from the home depot was excellent.

The work looks fine. After the job, the sub-contractor went back to Home Depot and told them that the steps weren't included in the initial bid. Home Depot had sent someone out beforehand to take measurements, the steps where included in the measurements so they should have been included in the initial bid as well, if they weren't going to be included, they needed to let us know beforehand. They were there when they said they were going to be there. Even though the project did take a little longer than expected, however we would still consider using them again.

Home Depot hires sub-contract employees to do the work. I am very happy with the installation of the garage door. They were able to get the doors done in just one day. They were very professional and did the work right the first time. I have had no problems with my garage doors.

Home Depot had a good selection of carpet to choose from and the sales people were very helpful and friendly. I did get a high quality grade carpet. They did a perfect job on the installation. They worked the entire day until they were done. They were able to finish in just one day. They did give me a great warranty on the work as well as the carpet.

SALES PERSON WAS NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. THE PRICE WAS AFFORDABLE.

THE WORKERS WERE VERY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE IN SELECTION OF THE CABINETS. THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT.
