Jose Lopez did an outstanding job and was well worth the money I paid for the repair work he did. He was quick to get to the house and give a fair quote, and he was able to work around my hours. The total project was 3 days and two of those three days Jose worked 12 hours before going for the day. The repairs were outstanding and once I paint the areas you will not even be able to tell there was a repair to the ceiling or walls. Jose is very conscientious about this work and takes great pride it what he does. He wants the work to match the rest of the unrepaired area and goes to great lengths to make sure this happens. He is also very cautious to make sure he puts paper and plastic down on furniture or carpet and moves what needs to be moved to avoid damaging anything. He makes sure to tape areas off for spraying texture also. He cleans as he goes along and when he leaves everything is as clean or cleaner than when he arrived. He has many years of experience in drywall repair and it shows. Could you go cheaper? Yes probably so, but as the saying goes you get what you pay for.
