Description of Work: Mr. Martin Gonzales was found guilty of not providing services after being paid in full prior to completing work. He left the job site and was found by a Harris county court house guilty of not completing the work. Matin Gonzales DBA Heights Custom Home Remodeling, was found Guilty of Breach of Contract and liable for for 23,031. 00 dollars accruing at 6% interest per year since 2006 until paid. He has not paid anything to date. Please see attached court judgment. I understand he is still doing business and the potential for other victims is great given his unethical methods and business practices. This individual is fraudulent and unscrupulous in his work practices. I will be more than glad to provide you with court documentation.
