They were very timely on the response and in getting the work done. They were upfront about accost and quality. They have been the best contractor that I have worked with.

He was very good in the consultation phase as well as the day of installation. He was willing to match our lowest quote. He is very eager to explain and help. He and his workers are very timely and good at what they do. We were very pleased with the entire process.

I hired Hamilton to install our lightning rods because I really felt it was the right decision at that time based on the company's reputation and after speaking with Marty. The installation process went beautifully and we never needed his assistance again until four years later when we had out roof replaced and the roofers messed up the whole system. Numerous phone calls, texts and emails to Marty went unreturned. When he said he would be here to take care of it, he never showed or called. More calls, etc., went unreturned. And when I was able to talk to him he was still too busy to come service our home, even though that was one of the things I felt completely confident in because it was stressed to us more than once that anytime we wanted or needed, he will come out and check everything out and make sure everything is working as it should. After a strongly worded email, we did hear from him. Yet another representation was made that we would hear from him over the weekend and he would be out the next week to take care of it. Haven't heard from him since.

Marty visited the very day we called after a home in our neighborhood burned as a result of a lightning strike. He explained how lightning works and how lightning rod protection can prevent such tragedy. This is a family owned business that has been serving our community for 4 generations. Marty educated us but did not push us to purchase. He was honest about costs, about the quality of the product and about the installation. His sons performed the work within 4 days. They were polite, efficient, and worked hard to complete the job in one day in 100 degree heat. We are VERY happy with Hamilton and highly recommend their product and their services.

Thinking ahead before a lightning strike is probably a far better plan than waiting until it has happened. There are no DeLorean time machines for do overs. Marty and his crew know what they are talking about, how to protect a home, and they do outstanding work. Everyone at Hamilton is very pleasant to work with and I highly recommend them. I appreciated them working with me to "hide" the copper grounds so as to minimize the interest of copper thieves. There are two companies in Houston to select from. This is the right choice.

They are awesome people, very professional, very timely and prompt. They did our barn as well and they got that done fast as well and installed a weather vein that is beautiful. They really went above and beyond for us! We also received a follow up call after the work to make sure everything is still good.

Careful attention to placement of fixtures and connections, grounding and coverage for important gas line and electrical lines made for a complete and thorough coverage and did not disrupt the look of the house. M. Hamilton discussed the job prior to the work in complete and pertinent terms. Work was done efficiently and tidily.
