I manage multiple properties and this is my go to sprinkler company for years. They have proven themselves honest and fair on multiple projects they completed better than I expected.

I was somewhat alarmed when they had so many workman in the yard for a couple of, what they described as small jobs, days.. I thought all went well until I received their bill for over 900.00 when they told me the work was an easy fix. I told the technician who came out to look and see what needed to be done that I wanted the additional drain as well as a gutter adjusted. The first trip out they only did the drain because they forgot the adjustment so they had to come back. I also asked him to make some modifications to the sprinkler operator and he forgot that. The big issue for me is that they had 4 to 5 people here with one and sometimes 2 technicians actually doing any work. So, I am assuming they billed me for all the workman who were here for hours when they only had one to 2 working at any given time. I would also add that had I known that what looked like a simple gutter adjustment was really digging up dirt to move the pipe that takes the water from the gutter to the drain I would have not had it done. I didn't need it done that bad.

So, the moral to my sad story is that if you deal with these people then get a price before you have them do the work.

I called Hall to schedule maintenance on my sprinkler system. They do not have firm scheduling dates, which is my only complaint about them. They told me they would just call me when someone was able to come adjust my sprinklers. They called a couple of weeks later and said someone was in my area and could be at my house shortly. The workers did a great job and replaced some of my sprinkler heads and adjusted others. We no longer have a dead area of grass in our front yard. I'm very happy with the job they did and will hire them again.

In order to get an appointment with the "repair" department, one has to wait 10 to 15 business days. However, they considered my job an "install" so I was able to get prompt service. Mike was extremely professional and attentive. However, I needed to have them come back twice because of a leaky valve. I was charged for one of those visits. My main issue with this company is that there is nearly a 3 week wait to get an appointment if one needs a repair. That is a long wait if shrubs and flowers need to be watered every single day, while waiting for them to be free to come!

Hall Sprinkler Company did just fine. They did what I asked them to do. They came out on time and fixed the problem.

Once the two technicians got to our house everything went very well and the work was done within two hours.

Our sprinkler system had many issues and it was a mystery to me as it was originally istalled by the previous owners. There were 2 major leaks (One of them that did not even know about), areas of the lawn that did not get any water and gad slow flow. Some parts behind the garage that did not need any water were getting plenty of water! I needed someone who would be a detective and investigate and solve the problems. I had tried calling a couple of caompaines but they either did not come out or said thay will call back and never did. I heared about Hall Sprinklet from my regular handyman. The lady on the phone was very courteous and said they would call be back in 5 days. I thought I would not hear back but they called first thing in the morning the followig Monday. They charged $102 an hr. I thought this may be a bit too much but agreed to go ahead anyway. They listend carefully to all I had to say. The two men found and fixed several problems like leaks (2), broken heads, a zone that was cut off by a broken wireemoved heads in places that did not need any water and made sure the right kind of sprinklers were put in to ensure all my new flower beds and new ve/herb garden were properly covered. (I ws using a watering can for a few weeks as they did not seem to get any water). Overall I paid $355 for parts and labor.

I was very upset since they are rated so highly by others. I do not know why they never had time to at least call me back. I called another company eventually and they came right over an fixed it.

They charge $90/hr. I would use them again. I think they are perfect.

I had to call Halls Sprinklers out to look at my sprinkler system when the nozzle was run over a few weeks ago. The company was very knowledgeable and ran a check on the whole system. The nozzle was replaced. They had to rework one of the zones and they offered us some helpful ideas for our systems efficiency. The company came recommended to us and we will use them if we need a service person in the future for our sprinkler system. The men left everything looking nice around our yard when they were done digging.
