After a year of post-Harvey repairs that resulted in sub-par work at inflated prices from often rude crews, we discovered we needed our master shower redone. Tom and his crew were a breath of fresh air: professional, courteous, respectful of our home, and good value for the money. I could not recommend them more highly.

The Houston summers were taking its toll on the house's living space temperature.  So,  after doing some research I decided that new energy efficient windows would help.   I had known about Gulfstar Windows for about 15 years at the time for the owner was a golf friend of mine.  After getting the free estimate from him I decided that this would make a good improvement to the living conditions of the house.    His two installers were professional and courteous and within three hours they had removed the old windows and installed the new ones.  The workspace was returned back to normal as though nothing had happened, except now I had a much cooler and quieter house.  The direct air temperature adjacent to the westerly windows dropped from about 98 degrees to about 87 in the summer.  There is less dust to clean and the leaf blower's noise is drastically muffled.

Tom Gilles is the only person to put on a flat roof without it leaking. He is the only one you deal with and his contractors have been with him for a long time. The people he uses, he stands behind them. We have recommended him to a lot of friends too. He is an all around great general contractor.
