We have a home warranty and this company was the provider for them on Jenn-Air Dishwashers.
They setup an appointment one week after first contact.  They showed up time, but then had to order a part.  This took just less than two weeks.  The repair was completed to our satisfaction and we would be pleased to use them again.
The repair cost was subsidized by the warranty company, so cannot really comment on pricing.

He was very professional. The washer now works perfectly. Additionally, he thought he wasn't going to be able to install the new microwave because he needed different tools. He kept working different solutions until he finally checked his truck one last time for the tools he needed and discovered he had some he thought would work. We couldn't be happier with the installation. It looks great, and the microwave is not going anywhere because of the proper way he installed it (versus the way the builders installed the original microwave from 6+ years ago).

Went very smoothly. Technician called me at work to tell me he would be arriving at my house so I could leave and meet him there. He diagnosed the problem quickly. It took about a week to order the part in, afterward he installed it quickly by the same process of calling me at work and me meeting him at home. Very polite and efficient service.

I use First American Home Warranty and Gulf Coast Service Center is their local supplier. I called in the claim on July 28th and the job was turned over to Gulf Coast. They did not come out until August 1st and said they had to order parts. I didn't hear from them for several days and I called them back on August 8th and was told that they only got authorization from First American on August 7th. They did not order the part until August the 11th and I was told it was expected in on August 15th. I did not hear anything and called again on August 22nd and was told they still do not have the part, but that it will be shipped from the manufacturer in 3 days, so it will have taken over a month (assuming they are giving me accurate information about delivery this time). My impression is that they have no sense of urgency at Gulf Coast Service Center and that if I didn't keep calling them my issue would have fallen through the cracks completely. I feel their "service" is terrible and you have to keep calling and hounding them to get your work done.

The washer would fill with water, but would not spin. Gulf Coast came the same day we called and repaired the link between the transmission and bucket. They explained what the problem was and brought the part needed with them. There was no mess to clean, which we were happy about. The technician was also very well mannered.

FERLEY (MOST RECENT GULF COAST REP) WAS VERY THOROUGH IN HIS EXPLANATION OF THE PROBLEM. HE SHOWED US THE BROKEN PARTS, CLEARLY EXPLAINED THEIR FUNCTIONS, AND SAID THE COMPANY WOULD NOTIFY US WHEN HIS REPORT WAS COMPLETE. HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS, NEATLY DRESSED AND PROFESSIONAL.
