From day one, we were given all the information we needed to decide on this company. Roy was excellent in explaining what needed to be done and what the cost would be. Once that was done, we were scheduled for a follow-up to start the process to rid the rodents in our attic. Kalep came to our home and explained everything he was going to do and how long all this would take. We appreciated his honesty and his knowledge of his work. Always prompt and always friendly and courteous, we felt very comfortable talking to him and asking questions about the entire process. We got very prompt service. They carefully explained the steps in the treatment and began the work quickly. As they have just finished we will find out how successful they were within a couple weeks.

Very thorough, explained the steps to us. Came back when we still noticed activity and located possible escape holes and addressed them, also identified remaining unwanted attic pests and removed.

Havent completed job yet

GRC is still in the process of completing the job of removing our roof rats and sealing the house. So far, I have been very pleased with how they have responded to us and the interest taken in solving our problem.

Honestly they were more expensive than their competitors but did an excellent job of explaining the process, addressed my concerns, and I felt they cared more about doing a good job, so I gave them the bid. It took a little longer to get rid of the attic rats but that was because the rats were persistent, not any company failure. Everyone was great about wearing masks, did their work quickly and efficiently and I will be using them to do a yearly check just in case. Definitely worth the extra money.

When you realize you have rats visiting your attic nightly, hire these guys. Yes you can spend less on bait traps but you then have to seal the holes and remove dead rat bodies. These guys are well worth the money.
