Two techs came and did a good job of inspecting and servicing my AC system after we sustained flood damage.  They were professional and thorough.  And they did not try to convince me that I should go ahead and replace our older system, nor did they try to upsell me on any other products or services.  I would use Green Team again.

Our builder recommended GreenTeam AC 2 years ago to replace the existing Lennox condensers. We had gotten several other bids for the work that were several thousand dollars more expensive. Britt came by and gave us a very reasonable price for 2 top of the line Lennox Signature condensers. They have been by twice a year to service the units on schedule. About 2 weeks ago we called them back to inspect one of the furnace's that had frozen. The problem was leaks on both evaporator coils (one already repaired by a contractor sent by American Home Shield). We called AHS since one of the evaporator coils was under warranty  to confirm the finding and repair it. They sent a contractor that confirmed the leak on the coil changed 2 years ago. AHS acknowledged the need for the coil repair but would only pay $290 for the coil but not for " $700 dollars for allegedly needed
pipe work and 9 lbs of refrigerant that they said the unit would need. I called several companies including Church services to bid on replacing both furnace and evaporator coils. We settled for GreenTeam AC not only because the price was several thousand dollars below for the same equipment but also because of our previous experience with them. They arrive on time, protected the staircase and carpet and did a fantastic job! Would recommend without blinking twice

After getting a ridiculous price from a competitor i called Lloyd and he came out immediately and let me know exactly what was wrong and did his best to get me back up and running for the lowest cost possible. He even added freon to the unit to get it working for the night until he could get back the next day and replace the coil. Great customer service.

This install required rather extensive preparation prior to the units actually being installed. I had to enlarge the attic area as the new units are much larger than the previous ones. (This involved moving walls, relocating support beams, etc.) Green Team provided input for my carpenter and as a result the units and all duct work fit perfectly.

Green Team had the old units (5-ton and 3-ton) torn out in one day. The new units (also 5-ton and 3-ton) were installed in 3 days. Britt and his team were always punctual. The only delay came from the factory - the units had to be ordered and did not arrive as quickly as Britt had hoped.

The attic area where the units are installed is neat and orderly and very well lit (Green Team installed lighting to better service the equipment). There is now ample space to more easily service the units.

One important thing that impressed me: Before I definitely decided to replace the old units (but after I had started getting bids) I had Green Team out to service my old units. (Another company had been servicing my units for years. This other company also gave a bid on new units but it was so high I assumed they didn't really want the job.) Not once did Green Team grumble about having to work on ancient equipment or in a tight, cramped space. They promptly serviced the old units, got me up and running each time and never once pressured me to replace them.

Green Team is very professional and responsive. I will definitely continue to use them and also refer them to friends and family.

Air Conditioning gave out on a Saturday evening. Was referred to Britt and his company by a friend at church the next morning. We had events planned throughout the day on Sunday and had basically given up on the idea of getting the AC fixed/replaced before the weekend was over. We gave Green Team a call when we finally finished with our activities for the day at about 5:30 in the afternoon - really were just looking to schedule something for the next day, but Britt said he could make it over in the next 1-1.5 hours. He was there 45 minutes later.

Replaced the bad capacitor and burnt compressor wiring and we had cool are blowing less then 2 hours after we called. It is a 13 year old system and he let me know that the fix might not last very long, but no sales pitch, no 'You need a whole new system today!!!' speech. Just an explanation for what he did, a quote if I wanted one, and a card so I could call him when necessary. Ridiculously good service, price, timing, you name it. After many failed experiments with other companies, I'm happy to say I have an AC guy.
