Robert/Roberto removed vinyl planks, breaking more than a few. (concrete slab had to dry) When he and coworker relaid what was left of the original and the next room in new planks: 1) the floor had a 'wave'. this on a flat floor(how can you even do that?) 2) the gaps between the planks he filled in with colored clay 3) the planks were not laid up to the wall and space covered with quarter round. 4) the waste was enormous (this I know from previous lays) I should not have left that day and my daughter should not have paid him cash. I had left a check, but apparently he wanted cash. Now I know why.
