Professional and punctual. Easy to work with. Knowledgeable about products and options. Office staff also friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend and use again for future projects.

This company is just plain great. Friendly office staff, punctual appointments, knowledgeable owner and good price.
I needed my outdated kitchen counter tops, island and back splash replaced but was unsure of the colors. Aurora picked out the granite color, travertine tile and even the grout color to match our floor and cabinets. The result = Great looking modern kitchen. This was a two and 1/2 day job. The work crew was on time, picked up all the trash and there was very little dust.
The owner, Aurora has a very good design sense and I'm glad I left the color choice and back splash design up to her.
My next project is the master bath upgrade and I'll be calling Grand Stone again. I recommend them without hesitation.

Installers were excellent and the tile installer went so far as to cut apart the matrix of the large pieces of the mosaic to get a more exact fit.

Very helpful and punctual. We had a problem with the initial install but they went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend them.
