They are very professional. They don't need any supervision. They have their own set of master keys to access your generator. If you are not home, they will do the service and then leave a note in your door stating they were there and already serviced your generator.

Company rep arrived on time. I believed he understood what we wanted to do. On site he did not propose a solution and said he would need to consult with his company's Master Electrician first. Promised to respond promptly via email. A week later we received email proposal for a 26 Kilowatt liquid cooled generator at a cost of $16,000. Two other contractors came up with good solutions using a 15 Kilowatt air cooled generator. On 9/26/09 we installed a 15 Kilowatt generator for $5500 and it has already been approved by an inspector. We save over $10,000 vs Generators of Houston and their excessive proposal.
