They are very good.

I used Gand W about 5 yrs ago and was very happy with the service. This time, the unit stop cooling, I called them again and had a technician come out after the weekend.
Technician is very nice and professional. It turns out the battery in the thermostat is rotting so we need a new thurmostat. We would like the digital touch screen one as we had, and was quoted $250 for it. My husband just by chance looked up online, both Amazon and Lowes sell the exactly same parts for $134. I called up the office and asking about the price and I was told this is how much they charge for the parts, I can take it or leave it. I ended up buying the part from them for the convenience. But I was a little annoyed since Gand W will get the parts at contractor rate. And the technician get paid labor at $75/hr. It is not right for them to double the price of the parts.
The the condensor motor need to be replaced since it was broken. They recommended to replace blades($185) as well for 'good practice'. At this piont, I was sour about the overpriced themostat and didn't want to replace the blades that were working fine.
Anyway the A/C was fixed.

Their service is always good any time I've had to call them. They are reliable.

They did it all. They're very good and responsive. Their pricing is okay. I don't think anybody would give the highest rating on price for any air conditioner company. I don't remember how much I spent on their services but it was a lot of money. They were well worth it and they did a great job. I will use them again in the future.

They are a repsonsive company. They have replaced an air conditioning unit for me, this is what the approximate cost entails. I think they have a fair price. They do a good job. I will continue to use them.
