Excellent value. On time and finished the job within budget. Nice person to deal with. After my service call, about 6 months later, I had a problem with my DE filter. He made a recommendation over the phone that I should try and it worked. Very patient person as I am new to pools. I highly recommend him and will use him in the future to plaster my pool.

He was fast, courteous and professional. He answered all my questions and I would use him again.

Timing was not as scheduled.

Miguel did a great job...showed up on the day scheduled even though a previous job lasted longer.....gave us the best options and let us make the choice that was right for us. We ended up having another issue that had absolutely nothing to do with the original problem and Miguel showed up the very next day and took care of it----I asked him for extra cards to share with all my neighbors

They only took 4 days start to finish. They were the best priced out of anyone. Fixed our tile, replaced the entire pool, and started it up.

Some confusion over date of appointment but Rafael did a good job at a fair price.

Miguel is my new best friend. He did an excellent job and went above and beyond. I will definately use them again.

THERE WAS SOME CONFUSION ABOUT THE ARRIVAL TIME ESTIMATE AS WELL AS DIFFERING PRICE QUOTES BETWEEN MIGUEL AND THE GUY WHO SHOWED UP TO DO THE JOB, BUT OVERALL IT WAS STRAIGHTENED OUT & THE WORK WAS COMPLETED VERY WELL AT A SATISFACTORY PRICE.

TAlk about speedy and professional - our small tile problem was destined to become a big problem if they hadn't responded so quickly (and during the height of the season!) for which we're grateful.

Miguel was the only contractor to call, and he called shortly after I submitted the request. He called back at the agreed upon times, and he showed up when he said he would. They did a very good job, and I would recommend them to others.

I can't say enough about Miguel. Replastered our pool. Responds promptly to all inquiries. Technically astute. Does what he says. Dependable. Has a Golden Rule philosophy that still works. Job was done well, cleanup was good, cost was competative. How nice in this day and age of shady contractors, do you find one as good as Miguel and his Francy. Already recommended to three of my friends.
