Miguel did the work and seemed to be very knowledgeable. He was also my first contact when i began looking for someone to do the job. I talked to 3 or 4 other companies but felt most comfortable with Francy's Pool service. I would hire them again for additional work.

Miguel was our project manager he was easy going and fun to work with! We had the pool drained and he was kind enough to postpone the plaster prep for a couple days so our grown-up-big-kid of a son could skate the empty pool! All the work was top notch and done quickly with no surprises. He even checked out our spa heater to so we can start using it again!

Miguel was a pleasure to work with. We got quotes from several pool service companies and his was the best. We notified Miguel we wanted to go with his company on Wednesday night and his crew was at our house the next morning. His crews were courteous, hard working and did excellent work. They started on a Thursday and were finished on Monday. The pool looks awsome! Miguel even went out of his way to get a fitting for my filter tank (not part of the remodel work) that sprang a leak when the pool was started up after the remodel. We wholeheartedly recommend Francy's Pool Service.

EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! and if there were other words to express how impressed I have been with Miguel, Leo and their employees, I would use them. The majority of my experience was with Leo; however, even when I had the opportunity to meet Miguel, I was impressed as to his knowledge of the project and how he presented himself. I interviewed 4 contractors and, although they were all in the same price range, Leo was the only one that made some suggestions that made sense and led me to believe Francy's would give me the best experience in the overall project. As of today, the project is done (in just a little over a week) and the pool is in the "chemical balancing phase". Leo has come out every day to sweep (because I am too lazy) and checked the chemicals and then calls me to be sure everything is good. I cannot say enough as to how impressed I am and have already recommended Francy's to friends either in person or when I posted the pictures on Social Media. The best of luck for this company.

Our pool pump was out and we needed a new pool cleaner. Miguel called immediately and was out the next day to fix/repair everything. Pricing was reasonable and work was excellent. They really take care of the customer. We will definitely use them for all our pool needs!

Had a new pool heater installed. Fancy's pool service quoted me a reasonable price over the phone and I had the heater installed without any extra charges the very next day. It has been working great since then. I had contacted a couple of other companies that insisted on coming out and doing a site assessment first. I had one come out and they charged $90.00 just to give me an estimate. On top of that their estimate, as well as the estimate of another service, included a $1000+ premium on top of the online price of the heater. They also wanted to charge me almost 3 times what Fancy's charged for installation if I provided the heater. I will be using Fancy's for all my pool equipment needs from now on.

Manuel came early, diagnosed and fixed the problem with parts I had purchased, and charged me only for labor. He called me, as we were away, and I came home to a working spa (on a wet, windy 40°F day)! What's not to like? Hats off to Manuel and Francys Pool!

I was very impressed with the service. Miguel came out and tested the equipment and determined that the pool pump needed to be replaced. He told me he would be back the next morning. When I told him I would not be here he immediately went to the pool supply and got the new pump and was back within a half hour and replaced the defective pump. That is what I call service.

They did an excellent job for an exceptionally competitive price! I was very pleased with the transformation of my old outdated pool to the very nice one the installed. They were very helpful with suggestions as well. I did have some streaking in my plaster color and some pavement cracks which they quickly came out and rectified with no bickering or hesitation .
