I had something damaged and they wouldn't help me with it......I waned to purchase the insurance when I signed up with them but the owner told me (sitting right there at my dining room table, in my own home) it was a waste of money because they had a man who would take care of any damage for me and nothing would happen going only about 5 miles away. Not true. They had wrapped my beautiful, thick, beveled glass top for my new Thomasville coffee table with bubble wrap and paper which was fine. When they went to unwrap it at the new location they used one of those retractable knives to slice the paper off and low and behold they cut deeply into my glass top. The owner said it was way too expensive for them to replace so he wasn't going to do anything about it. He wouldn't even come here and look at the glass top. Wouldn't call me back, nothing. I have since found out that they do not have their own moving crew - they find men and just hire them to do the job. I was very upset because I wanted to purchase the insurance and I was stupid enough to believe him that it wasn't necessary. Never again.

Everything on both occasions went very well. My furniture move was a cake walk...I just called Foxx, they did the rest. client Moving was a huge job and with many changes in timing and other demands on my clients part, convinced me these folks are awesome! They were honest, upfront on costs, and handled both jobs as if the rooms they were moving were their own. I Recommend Foxx to everyone who needs this kind of service. So glad I found them.

They were very accommodating to the needs we had. The circumstances of where the trucks had to go , the changing of dates and other things were challenging, yet they did it without complaint. EVERYTHING was moved safe and sound!

Foxx was reasonably priced and were very professional. They arrived on time and got right to work. They had to make two trips to move all of our stuff and did a great job being careful taking things out of the old house and putting them where we needed them in the new house.
