Fox Inspection Group

For our new home we had FOX RSG do an initial inspection during the pre-sheetrock stage, and we just had the final Premium Home Inspection completed. It included everything, from checking all electrical systems (testing wall switches and even noting all GFCI interior/exterior locations) and plumbing, to heating and ventilation systems (noted debris in the humidifier drain pan. The report also included pictures of what should be corrected, such as improper construction of exterior flashing at a couple of points between the roof/wall and recommended that builder perform further evaluation by qualified stucco flashing specialist. Our detailed written report was received within 8 hours of inspection. Definitely money well spent for peace of mind!

Richard was wonderful - after meticulously inspecting our house, he patiently and thoroughly explained each item/potential issue. We used John Gray at Fox twice for home inspections during the option period for buying a house. During the first house, he was so thorough, informative and unbiased, it helped us realize that we did not want to proceed with the house. He never gave his personal opinions, more facts and it was up to our comfort level on what to do. We were so impressed, that when we came to the option period for another house, we hired him again to do the inspection. They also took $100 off for the new inspection. I can't say anything about scheduling, as our realtor did that. But they were good about sending reminder emails and paying online was easy. John also sent our inspection report over later that evening and gave us his cell phone number if we had follow up questions. While I'm hoping to never need an inspection again, I would hire John and Fox again without hesitation.

Fox Residential Services Group did a home inspection for my clients. The inspector Richard did an excellent Job! He was thorough, professional and took the time to explain his findings to my clients in a way that they could understand. My regular home inspector recently decided to move out of state. So, I've been looking for a new go to inspector. I will be requesting Richard in the future for my client's home inspections.

I showed up early because I was in the neighborhood and the inspector Grant was welcoming, asked if I needed anything or wanted to see anything, and then continued his work before walking us through pictures, drone footage, and showing us first hand the minor problems associated with our buy!

Was buying a new construction house and wanted a thorough inspection done prior to closing to identify any items that needed to be fixed. Just because it is new construction doesn't mean an inspection is not important! My real estate agent recommended Fox as being one of the most detail oriented inspection firms. They definitely were and they did a fantastic job. Found a number of meaningful items that needed to be addressed that we would not have known about had we not had an inspection done. Their inspection was easy to work with, friendly and professional and give it an A+ experience all around.

Another great experience with Fox Inspection. This time we had an issue with our Air Conditioner that I wasn't able to fix on my own. Shawn had the problem narrowed down to a faulty thermostat which has since been filed for warranty repair. Will continue to use Fox for my home inspection and HVAC service needs into the future.

Went well and received good responses from inspector on materials and new home construction work already done. Also received tips about other construction questions, such as drainage from nextdoor homes and possibilities for attic storage spaces, as well as things to look for and be aware of when stucco is added to exterior. The inspector was focused on completing a checklist and taking pictures, but once done, he provided a verbal summary of his finding, and was open to any and all questions we still had. We had a completed written report (email and text) within 4-5 hours. Mark Denton was experienced and effecient, and looking forward to using Fox for our final inspection before closing.

Bill was great! We are first time home buyers so were very nervous about the inspection process but Bill eased our worries! He explained all the deficiencies in the house without making it sound scary or overwhelming. He was very thorough and answered all of our questions as they arose. Fabulous! Alex was there on time, provided a comprehensive review of the property, and a wonderfully detailed report with pictures. I would highly recommend them and the attention to detail was phenomenal. The property was 4 floors aat about 4,000 sq ft and included a termite inspection.

It went well. They are very expensive but I think they are pretty thorough and they get the report to you within hours. Great customer service with pleasant staff and inspectors.
