We contacted this company because we liked the work that we have seen in the neighborhood.
Owner was very polite and appeared knowledgable, however his follow through of services was unacceptable.
First contact was by email in March 2012.: Met in person to determine our wants and needs for landscaping and talk about budget.  Contracts were completed and signed and we accepted his bid to create a landscape design for our home.  We did not receive a completed plan until the end of 2012 ( 9 months later) . It is true we had told him we were in no hurry, but repeated emails yielded no completed plan. Due to the extended delay, we were offered the plans at no cost.  When we finally received the plans the measurements were off, parts were not to scale, and several specifically requested features were not incorporated.  We had asked for the design to be corrected and completed.  We received no response.  We sent an email at the end of summer 2013, saying we were going to pursue other options if we did not hear back..  We never received a response.  If he didn't want the job, professionalism should dictate that he just tell us!
