Floors 2 Luv installed carpet in 2 rooms and refinished hardwoods in all remaining areas of house except kitchen and bath. I was very satisfied with the quality.One thing I wasn't that thrilled about was a certain amount of pressure to use the carpet products they offered, which had a limited selection. The reason I give low grades on responsiveness and professionalism is that ultimately the company did not really take responsibility for a terrible dust problem that occurred. For some reason,probably because the fan was turned on during sanding, my house was filled top to bottom with heavy dust full of chemicals. My cat almost died and I had serious sinus problems even though I have no allergies at all. My contractors noted the problem, my friends noted it, I had to have the place professionally cleaned twice, and the proprietor insisted that it couldn't have been their fault. How else would your house spontaneously fill up with dust? In the end, under considerable pressure, he agreed to have the ducts cleaned, but he used a $49 Groupon and the company he chose was disreputable, claimed I had mold in the ducts as a result of the dust, and charged me $250 for 'remediation'--a known bait-and-switch as I learned later. At first the proprietor agreed to split the cost of the remediation, but when I realized it was my own bad decision, I released him of the responsibility, and he didn't argue with that at all. In the end, he never did take responsibility for what was clearly the company's fault, insisting it couldn't be them. I ended up with the cost of 2 professional cleanings, plus the $250 for the 'mold' and the headache of now having to try to challenge the duct cleaning company. If Floors 2Luv had just admitted their mistake--and I'm sure it was an honest one--I would have written a very different review.

"[member name removed] I am sorry we did not meet your expectations with admitting that we left the AC unit during sanding. As we discussed we do about 100 wood floor jobs a year and it is standard operating procedure for us to turn the AC off during any sanding. I personally turned yours off upon arrival at the property. what we wil never know is the shape of the AC system before you bought the house. I am glad we did so many things that met your standards. They did a good job. The house was empty when they did the work.  The only issue was regarding their cleanup. It has been almost a year since we moved in and we are still cleaning off dust. They could have put more plastic down. If someone is using them, I would highly recommend you to ask them to do this. I will probably call them again because there is an area that needs to be re-done.

It was great! He finished the job in 2 days. Tony, the owner, did the job and he was easy to work with. He used our materials, which made it harder for him, but he did a great job. He made it flush with the engineered hardwood floor that we installed ourselves.

They gave me a quote, but they later said they couldn’t do the work. The installers said that there was a misalignment in the floors and they couldn’t do the job. I got an estimate from another company that said they were able to do the work. Floors 2 Luv was, however, professional and always nice.

They did a really good job. It took them about 2 days to complete the work. The owner was really personable and answered all my questions. He offered to come out and fix anything I didn’t like afterwards which I thought was nice. They were best price I could find.

Plumbers had ruined an area of our wood floor by dragging a refrigerator over it.  It had dented a 4x4 foot area.  Tony Batista was very professional and nice.  He explained that they could fix the dent, but the finish would be slightly different than the rest of the floor.  He said that the difference would only be noticeable to us since it would be very subtle. He was exactly right. They did a great job, were on time, and Tony even sent an e-mail after the job with tips on how to take care of our floor.  Highly recommended!
