We paid $1200 to have paint protection film done on a new F150. This shop is a 2hr drive from us and through bad downtown traffic but we figured it was best because this shop was supposedly good. The shop took 8+ hrs to do the PPF even though she had an appointment. After driving 2hrs home, the next morning both mirrors and the front bumper had lifting. SO...2hrs back, sit 8+ hrs again and 2hrs home. The bumper is now fine but 1 mirror is lifting AGAIN. Plus the idiot in the shop apparently never worked on an F150 before because he removed the tag from the SNAP ON plastic bracket before removing it from the truck and just threw it all in the floorboard with pieces missing. I called and the shop promised to replace the bracket (because I had a multi state trip the next morning and had to buy crap AutoZone screws which enlarged the screw holes), and the Stainless, theft resistant screw set they lost pieces of. They had zero explanation why they pulled the plate off of the bracket in the first place. It is not necessary to remove the plate to remove the bracket on an F150. Instead of a replacement I get a message from a woman at the shop asking me to call her back. I did and it goes immediately to VM so I leave a message. They called me back again and didn't even know who I was. After explaining myself again and calling her tech an idiot she hung up. I was willing to work with this shop to allow them to correct the errors they made but the overwhelming arrogance and narcissistic attitude of "Mary", that is no longer an option. My wife has driven a total of 8 hrs and we STILL have lifting on the PPF and they lied about replacing the parts they lost because of incompetent employees. This shop may be ok if nothing goes wrong, but if you aren't lucky enough to have a perfect experience forget ever correcting it.

I've been questioning the quality of my
car alarm, which I had installed at Best Buy. Today, after having tampering
done overnight to my vehicle I finally decided to have it checked out. I called
and they said I could bring it in this afternoon.
When I got there Adrian Keith came out, greeted me and we discussed my alarm.
After the installer went over my alarm they let me know that my car was missing
the shock sensor. Best Buy did and incomplete job, I had an incomplete car
alarm from them. I had Executive Tint install the part and was on my way fast!
I am so grateful for Adrian Keith and his installer. They provided thorough
knowledge, excellent customer service, and fast install without a lot of
waiting and explained everything clearly and offered to help me for any follow
up needed.
I highly recommend using this business as well as seeking out Adrian Keith.
Absolutely excellent experience!

I DO NOT recommend this place unless you want the super cheap tint and don’t really care about it. If you’re looking for quality work, go elsewhere. I put down $370 for their ceramic tint and with all the great ratings from google reviews, I thought it they would be reliable. NOT. Even with the first attempt, they already had problems with my tint not approximated to the window correctly and with gaps along the edges. I have already been back to them twice and each time there is a problem with the tint ranging from poor fit to air bubbles/dust trapped beneath the tint. They indicate that they use a computer system to “digitally cut” their tint; however, they also manually cut the tint. Each visit, they’ve had to re-do the same window at least twice. Each time I wait over 3 hours to get it repaired (even though I’m told it would be done in 1-2 hours). With the repeated visits, I have already determined that they are incapable of doing the work. They advertise that they can offer high quality window tinting, when in fact, they just can’t. I requested a refund; however, they refused to offer it. I contacted another tint company and they indicated that the tint should be done right the first time and I should not have needed to come back. But, nonetheless, I already gave executive tint two chances, over 4 if you include the repeated attempts while I was still at their store, and they still couldn’t get it right. Yeah, they’re absolutely fine with you coming back to have it re-done, but each time it seems to get worse and worse to the point that they seem to try to drive you away intentionally knowing that you’ve already paid up and there’s no chance to get your money back.
This place is fraudulent and I would easily recommend Xpert tint over them any day. They did my Honda Odyssey 2005 side windows about a month after my terrible experience with Executive and it still looks good! Just looking at the people doing the tinting will tell you about the quality you’ll be getting. I should have done that rather than just relying on the reviews since they could have been easily fabricated.
During the sale, they’ll do lots of sweet talking to get that sale but after that, you are out of luck so please don’t fall into the trap.

Salesman really wanted to make the sale, I originally didn't want new tint, just the old stuff removed. However, he gave me a good price, and actually told me how much profit the company made off the deal (~15$), which I thought was fair. He could have lied, but in the end, it was pretty cheap anyway.

. Best place for window tinting. They do really honor lifetime warranty.

Salesman was a reasonably pleasant person to deal with, didn't mind answering questions and showing examples, including on cars that already had installed tint. Service was done in a timely manner. I dinged their grade on professionalism a bit because there was some trash left in my car after I got it back, including a bit of a broken razor blade. The installation appears to be good quality; there are a few very small bubbles on the back window that I do not know whether this is normal or not since I never had tint on a car before and I haven't paid that much attention to other peoples'cars. I have to look hard to notice these bubbles and I have not had a chance to go ask Executive Motoring about it to see what they say about them. At this time I don't consider this much of an issue.

We opted for a "high end" Wincos tint for the four doors, rear glass and windshield visor. Retail was $499.00 plus $75.00 for the visor; with a special they were running and a little nudging, the price went to $375.00 drive out. They promised to have the work completed in 1 to 1 1/2 hours; they were busy and it took a little longer, which pushed me up against another appointment, but I made it in time and am happy with the work so far. Give yourself a little more time than they say, ask for a better price and you should be satisfied. The body shop manager at the Toyota dealership on I-10W recommended; they also had a good ranking with BBB. Not sure if the high end film is worth it but so far, the wife loves it, which is all that matters. ;-)

Described options clearly to me and was able to do my car immediately on a Saturday morning. Finished the job in about 1.5 hours. Perfect installation, looks great, and reasonable price for the quality.

I went to get an estimate on some tinting with these guys, the guy I met (forget his name, short Asian guy) was high-pressure and full of it. Tried to tell me a car in his parking lot with mirror-like metallic tint was actually CERAMIC tint (HuperOptiks), LOL. These guys are scam artists, I would not trust them to sharpen my pencils.
