EMS is a building maintenance and facility services company providing various types of services for the Houston and surrounding areas. Our commitment to environmental stewardship also includes: >Using canister-style vacuums with micro-filter bags >Using treated or positive-charge dust cloths to capture – not release – dirt and dust >The practice of barrier matting, which minimizes the amount of dirt allowed into your building >Using Green-certified chemical manufacturers >Partnering with our customers in any type of recycling program already in place, or introducing ideas for a first-time, organization-wide recycling program -Our Quality Control: Supervision is the key in order to keep all of our facilities at the highest standards. EMS quality control consists of a three level supervision structure: >EMS has a dedicated Route Supervisor who visits each facility in his area daily. >An Area Manager who visits all facilities on a weekly basis. >And a Operations Manager will also visit each facility on a monthly basis. Meetings are held daily between the operations manager, the area managers, and route supervisors to ensure that every building we service is in excellent condition. -Our Customer Service: Whether it be a complaint or an emergency, our response rate is what sets us apart from other companies.
