NOT GOOD. Chose not to use their services. Too expensive!!!

Showed up quickly and got out the damaged material. However, punctuality was severely lacking in picking that equipment up when their phase of the job was completed. On the original day of planned pickup, they never called, so I texted the technician and he said "tomorrow." I heard nothing the next day, so I called the national office and they said "two hours" which ended up being past 6:30 on a Sunday night. Keep in mind the repair part of a water damage claim can't begin until these folks pick up the equipment and report that there is no moisture, so they can hang up your timeline if you don't stay on top of each phase of process.

this could have been Costly for us and flooding and damage in more places then the Kitchen area and by coming out fast and fast action on drying out all the areas so it would not flood to other areas was a GREAT JOB.

I had called a water and flood damage company to come out and they could not reach the technician so the Plumber said Call up ESR they will be out on a dime and they showed up with equipment and prevented further damage to happen

Their response was great. Within 20 minutes a rep was on the scene evaluating the situation. They went right to work. Everyone was satisfied and impressed with the professionalism and promptness in which the service was completed. If you need a reliable water and flood damage company, I would give them a call!

I called a water/flood damage company that told me that they couldn't come out for an hour. I was recommended this company Emergency Service Restoration by my plumber who stated that they were very reliable and could be there faster than anyone that could come out. They arrived within an hour. They were able to stop all of the flooding which had already started in the living room. They were very professional and brought all of the necessary equipment to dry all of the water and frevent any further damage. I would highly recommend this company. If I had waited for the previous company to come out and do the job, my entire living room would have been flooded.

My plumber came to fix the leak, he referred me to Emergency Service Restoration for a free quote. I called them up and had them come out for an inspection. The person who came out to my house did not even go upstairs to assess the damage. I felt that they were using scare tactics regarding "black mold" and was I not comfortable using them. They did come on time, but I felt that I had been cheated when presented with the bill.
