"Thank you for reviewing us online. I'm sorry that we couldn't fix your transmission with the time you had planned out. We try to inform customers how long it would take to do the job based on how busy our schedule is for that week/month. Transmission work does not take 3 weeks to complete but we have to inform you that it wouldn't be done until 3 weeks because of how busy our schedule was. If our schedule was clear then this job would be 3 days tops. There must have been a misunderstanding when I quoted a 3 week turnover. Being punctual should not be based on whether we can or cannot do a repair because of scheduling conflicts. But we do appreciate all concerns and comments."
