+ -1 moreThis is the second time we've used Ella Auto Care (originally went because of good yelp reviews). We dropped off the car for the diagnostic and estimate for front and rear brakes. I knew we needed the front brake pads replaced. They checked all pads and rotors, confirming that front brakes needed replacement (pads only). Work was quick. James called when it was done and we picked it up. James is pleasant and it's a Father/Son shop.

+ -1 moreI spent $60 for that estimate. I thought that they did a thorough job as far as checking out what the problem was. I would have used them, but they gave me an estimate of about 3 weeks before it could be completed and I needed to get it done before that. They were very thorough in what they were doing and gave me a quick estimate. The punctuality was not good because it was going to take a while, but as far as getting the estimate done it was pretty good. If time wasn't a factor I would have used them.
Description of Work: I got an estimate from Ella Auto Care, Inc. around the end of July to replace a transmission.

+ 0 moreWork was completed on time as promised. Management was very nice and gave options as to parts pricing. Was also given an estimate, along with explanation, for future work that was recommended on vehicle without being pressured. A great experience overall...would highly recommend

+ 1 moreExperience went well. Company identified problem quickly and only repaired what was necessary or requested. Company did not try to add services. Manager was very friendly and courteous and was passionate about his work.
Description of Work: Diagnostic, replaced mass air flow sensor, radiator flush, inspection, towing. Most of the cost was due to the replacement parts.
