Eastex Sewing Machine is a family-owned business purchased in 1995. We are proud Baby Lock Retail distributors for sewing, embroidery and quilting machines, sergers, software, notions, accessories and more. We offer hands-on classes on all aspects of sewing, quilting, serging and software. We offer repairs on all makes and models of sewing machines and sergers by our certified technician. They were good. Their customer service stood out to me. It was an elderly gentleman who seemed to have been there probably since the store opened and he was absolutely fantastic. I had a sewing machine but I wasn't good about it. He could have sold me all kinds of garbage and I would have said "Yes" but he didn't. He told me it was a decent sewing machine and doing the occasional hemming would be more than enough. He could have told me that it was not repairable anymore and I would have believed him. I thought it was expensive but I checked online what other people were paying and it was absolutely in line with what customers are supposed to pay to basically recondition the machine. They checked afterwards if everything was okay and I was happy. I would absolutely use them in the future.

THIS MACHINE ISN'T EVEN MADE ANYMORE, SO I WAS HAPPY THAT IT COULD BE FIXED. I'VE ALSO BOUGHT A NEW BABYLOCK FROM ROYLENE; SHE DOES EXCELLENT SERVICE AFTER THE SALE, INCLUDING SEWING CLASSES, INSTRUCTION ON USE OF MACHINES, AND PARTS.
