Description of Work: I purchased a new sewing machine from this company, after trading them my old machine. I learned later new machine was just a bit over priced could have save $40.00 else where without the trade in. The building needs updating. |The parking lot and surrounding buildings leaves a lot to be desired. |I will be going back to take advantage of some training they offer.

 + -1 moreThey were good. Their customer service stood out to me. It was an elderly gentleman who seemed to have been there probably since the store opened and he was absolutely fantastic. I had a sewing machine but I wasn't good about it. He could have sold me all kinds of garbage and I would have said "Yes" but he didn't. He told me it was a decent sewing machine and doing the occasional hemming would be more than enough. He could have told me that it was not repairable anymore and I would have believed him. I thought it was expensive but I checked online what other people were paying and it was absolutely in line with what customers are supposed to pay to basically recondition the machine. They checked afterwards if everything was okay and I was happy. I would absolutely use them in the future.
Description of Work: It was a complete overhaul and a repair. They had to completely clean the machine and get it back into running status because it was in storage for about five years.

Description of Work: I needed my old Singer sewing machine tuned up. It hasn't had a decent cleaning and fine tuning in YEARS. Michael was prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgable. I will definitely use them again.

 + -1 moreTHIS MACHINE ISN'T EVEN MADE ANYMORE, SO I WAS HAPPY THAT IT COULD BE FIXED. I'VE ALSO BOUGHT A NEW BABYLOCK FROM ROYLENE; SHE DOES EXCELLENT SERVICE AFTER THE SALE, INCLUDING SEWING CLASSES, INSTRUCTION ON USE OF MACHINES, AND PARTS.
