Very well, no issues

It was superb in every way from the first phone call to the gentleman who came out to give me an estimate. They were kind, professional and careful. It couldn't have been better.

An excellent job.  Workers were polite and friendly.  They worked very hard. I packed my own things, but they unloaded all boxes to the rooms marked on box. They move a baby grand piano which is over 100 years old with great care even though it is very heavy. So far, nothing found to be damaged or lost.  Although a move is difficult under any circumstance, this team made the move much easier.

Ok the East End Transfers Moving (representing United Van Lines) did the move....they started strong but delivered then followed up with a resounding THUD. The movers stole items from my boxes...still missing some formal gowns...they had an attitude of BAD.
They underestimated how long and how much stuff and time was needed. Then they ripped a long piece of finishing off my hard wood floors, broke about 3 ceramic items put a hole in my drywall and by the time they left geeeesh, I was just happy to get them out of my hair.
The packers on the front end were good, the loaders were bad due to theft, the driver was good, the unloaders were terrible and the unpackers saved my day....and when I wrote a claim for the floors...not the stuff due to knowing that I would get the run around....
they denied the claim because it was not noted....yikes...obviously the driver did not and yes I should have....I had full coverage on all items....so buyer beware.....read the reveiw and don't use them....I would like to resolve this but customer service did not have any authority and I am writing the owners now.....But I do not have high hopes for closure and completion to satisfy me...
