Auto Service
A service called Car Butler in Houston will take your car from your office to various places for oil changes, repairs, detailing, etc. and will return it to you for a fee in addition to the cost of the service. Car Butler took my Honda Odyssey to E&E Automotive for an oil change and replacement wiper blades. While installing the blades, an E&E employee cracked the windshield. Instead of manning up and alerting Car Butler of the damage, E&E simply allowed Car Butler to pick up the car to return to us and charged us $149.08. We notified Car Butler of the cracked windshield immediately and they in turn contacted E&E, who emphatically denied responsibility. Only when my husband physically showed Car Butler how the damage occurred did E&E finally admit wrongdoing and make restitution. It was E&E?s intention to ignore the occurrence and hope to get away with it. E&E acted dishonorably and deceitfully and I do not recommend them.
