I used the company years ago to move my house. I needed to have a piano and an antique pump organ i was purchasing transported. I contacted them for a price and had them do the job. There were no issues and everything went perfectly.

It was an absolutely horrible experience. Moving of course is a hassle and stressful any way you look at it. Add to that dealing with a company that destroys your belongings and then ignores any attempts to resolve a bad situation - it is horrendous. This man/company is unethical and a very poor businessman with no sense of customer service.
I only wish someone had alerted me to his destructive and expensive service.
