I LEFT MY PHONE NUMBER WITH A RECORDED MESSAGE. I EXPECTED TO BE CONTACTED THE NEXT DAY, BUT WAS NOT. WHEN I CALLED THEM, I WAS TOLD THEY WERE ABOUT A WEEK BEHIND. I WOULD HAVE APPRECIATE BEING CONTACTED AND TOLD THIS. I WAITED HALF A DAY FOR THEIR EXPECTED CALL.
