"We appreciate the review however we did not complete work for this customer. Customer may have hired someone else and I believe she was confused because when I sent my estimate she replied by asking if we were still scheduled for 10am. I told her we did not have appt but I could be there. However another company must of done the job. We tried to confirm our appt with her several times that morning and she never accepted our estimate. Thank you."

"Oil stains are not easy to clean and to remove fully. Oil stains normally require multiple treatments in order to get them up better. We never guarantee full removal for that reason. Thank you."
