I looked at Angie's List and read a glowing report from someone who recommended this mortgage company. I called and talked to a lady who worked in the office. She said that the person I wanted to speak with was out of the office but would call me. No such call ever took place, as though I had not even phoned the company. I was emailed by the lady who took my call, but the amortization schedule she sent what not what I requested or needed. Very unprofessional treatment of a prospective customer. I obtained a loan from another company.

Ken is amazing. I had a bit of a problem seller, and my agent seemed more interested in her commission than in being my advocate. Ken went above and beyond his duty - when I had questions on things like how worried I should be about the A/C age, he used his resources to get me objective answers. When at closing the seller had not gotten the maintenance I wanted done he worked with me to find a solution to reach the companies so that closing could still happen the same day. He explained everything in layman's terms throughout the financing process, and I have a LOT of questions! He even assisted my best friend with a refinance when he had questions that needed explaining that a DIFFERENT broker was handling, and saved him a lot of money by offering better advice. He knows his industry, and is very resourceful. I have referred at least 5 friends to Ken since closing on my house two years ago. I would not hesitate to call on him again or send family members to use him.
