Great - each time they've provided what we've asked / needed and offered a fair price.

Best service provider I've worked with across all trades.  Mark is punctual and calls if something is causing him to run late.  They fix what needs to be fixed and leave alone what does not.  I cannot refer this guy enough.

Mark arrived as scheduled and checked the system; he gave me a very good review of the status of the equipment and pointed out a couple of things that should be done.  He confirmed the Lennox air filter needed to be change as well as the UV lights.  Came back a few days later and changed the filter and UV lights; also sealed the area that were pointe out earlier.

Our A/C unit is as old as our home and apparently was not installed properly when the home was built 15 years ago. It has given us problems for the last few years. Actually other company's have refused to repair or work on our unit unless we agreed to purchase a new one from them. Mark, the owner of this company, worked with us to correct the problems by replacing major parts of the unit to extend the life of the unit as well as putting us a maintenance plan for regular annual servicing. We plan on replacing the entire dual unit very soon and when we do we plan on calling him to install or oversee the installation. He is one of the few good A/C people out there that actually takes care of his customers. I highly recommend him and his company to everyone.

If I could give Mark and Design Air an AA rating, I would.  The crew was
professional, friendly, and knew what they were doing.  They even did a few other tasks for us without charge.
It has now been 21/2 years since the work was completed and Design Air has taken over
all our air conditioning and heating needs.  They are prompt and
reliable.  Design Air came right away when our AC went out last summer. 
They stayed after hours until we had the air working and Mark and his
crew tried several things to get the unit to work consistently 
Unfortunately, the unit had to be replaced but Mark's estimate was more
than fair and reasonable.  You will not go wrong with Design Air.

I needed my A/C repaired. The technician was prompt and courteous and came out immediately (after hours service). A capacitor needed to be replaced. I think that the price for that service was a little high though. I was under the impression that he would give me an estimate before doing the service. Because I had guests at that time I could not follow up during his troubleshooting phase and when everything was up and working he said that this was the amount ($339) that I owed him. I give the company an A on promptness and service and a B on price.

Although I give a "YES" on hire again the true answer would be a "MAYBE" just because of price charged.

We have had Design Air as our service provider on our A/C unit for the past 2 years.  The owner of this company (Mark)came out and offered a reasonable price to replace the plenum(a non plenum), evap. coil, along with drainage pans for better air flow. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

Their pricing was pretty good. I've been really impressed with them because the owner of the company seems to take responsibility for everything and he is available on the cell phone too. Months later after I hired them, I called him because I was trying to sell my house, so he came up to help me with the inspection report. He was extremely responsive, helpful, really nice and professional.

We have a contract with them and they come out yearly for servicing and maintenance. They are excellent.
