 + -1 morePoor quality work and materials. Learning on the job. Apparently good quality is extra. Tile over new concrete floors are not level and tilted. Need to bust them out and redo. Front door was damaged when skill saw tilted while cutting bottom. Cannot be repaired. Carpentry work was substandard. Stairs creek. Limited to no prep work prior to painting. He did good work on ceiling texture. Constantly told "that's extra" when requesting quality work on a more than $10K job. Team showed up every day for 3 weeks and Mr. Davis worked hard along with them but the quality was not there. I hired another contractor to correct the flaws and finish the job since Mr. Davis said he would not loose anymore money on this job to correct.
Description of Work: Tile 2 rooms, hang front door, cap stairs, paint.
