Da Touch Concierge Cleaning

I set up service with Da Touch requesting a standard clean as well as a Deep Clean add-on which included a refrigerator cleaning and wiping down the baseboards. After the services were not performed as advertised, I requested a refund. Instead of getting a phone call, I received a number of texts that were aggressive and threatening. My credit card was then charged with $1210 worth of bogus charges. Including a $200 tip (52% tip???) and charges for a cleaning that was fraudulently scheduled for 2 weeks in the future. I did not schedule more than one appointment. When I tried to cancel the appointment online, the website said there would be a $600 cancellation fee because I was canceling 400 hours before the appointment.
