They are professional. They come when they are supposed to come and do a good job.

I have been using them for years, and where ever they are in this area, I just call and asked them to come our this far and they do, so I have always been pleased with them. They are always on time, and they are professional. They also do a good job.

When they are doing a follow-up or their standard call, they are very courteous; they do good things and leave.

Cypress Creek Pest Control came highly recommended by someone with a background in facility management. Their office staff starts early in the morning. They work on Saturdays. They call me on my cell phone one hour before they come, so I'm not stuck at home all day waiting for them. If I forget to set up an appointment for the quarterly service, they contact me to schedule it.

My concern when we talked was whether to kill the granddaddy long legs spiders since they are beneficial insect eaters. But some were coming into the house and making webs. We decided any spiders making webs had to go. I was happier when all the spiders that I could see were removed. The spray is affected by water so I turned off the sprinkler system for two days because some of his spray was on the bottom of the house. This was not a termite inspection visit, but he told me where I might have an undisclosed problem due to dirt being too high around the house.

they technician was running a little late (he apologized when he arrived), but once i called to check on him, the communication was great. they will call you when they are on their way. very helpful if you're working. the technician was very knowledgeable and very thorough in explaining the treatment, complete with diagrams of our house. will definitely consider using if we decide to go forward with the termite prevention.

They have a really good reputation in my area since everyone I know has a problem with termites. I have always trusted them in and around my home as they seem to really know what they are doing. The rates are a little high but it's something you have to have done down here in Texas.

Cypress Creek has really good customer service. I don't have a service agreement with them but they send a reminder card out every 6 months to let me know it is time to be serviced again. They gave me a two hour window of when they would show up and they here on time.

Neighbors called and said they were having a company come out to spray for termites. I live in a patio home and their one wall is part of my backyard, so access was needed for them to spray. My neighbor came with the rep and after they were done spraying I asked the rep what they would charge to spray the perimeter of my property as it had not been done since I moved in my place. He gave me the price, I asked when they could do it, and he said he could take care of it right then. They had to dig up part of my flower beds to trench for the termite spray and they put everything back together as they had found it. The rep had a young assistant with him, and they were thorough and professional. I was very pleased with their work.

I was very pleased with Cypress Creek Pest Control. I was given a booklet describing the termite treatment, as well as a clear explanation of the treatment by Cypress Creek Pest Control. The service was done promptly and in a professional manner. In addition I was presented with a year's warranty on the treatment.

I only used the company a few times, but everything seems to be fine. I do have them come out time, and time again for repairs. By repairs I mean, sometimes the rodents get to eating at the wood, and Cypress comes out, and repairs the damage. When they do come out for the repairs, they are always on time, and are ready to do their job.

When I called Cypress Creek Pest Control, and told them my problem they came right out, sprayed the outside of the home, and it solved the bug problem. I haven't seen any bugs since they sprayed, and I only used them one time. If I need exterminating again, I will call them. They were professional, showed up on time, were friendly, and did a great job.
