Description of Work: Overall Critter Control did a good job on fixing the issues/problems we had. However, they did leave miss a number of areas and we had an issue but they worked to resolve the problems quickly.

Description of Work: Sealed all possible entrances for critters into house, vacuumed out all existing insulation and debris from attic, cleaned and sanitized and blew in new insulation. |The procedures to be followed were clearly explained then we were kept informed throughout. Everything was done very proficiently by the 7 man crew and clean up was perfect.

Description of Work: Trapped and relocated a family of raccoons. Set and checked traps until all were caught. Cleaned up the attic of mess made by the raccoons. Installed screen coverings over all of the openings (pipes, weep holes, vents) around my house. All personnel (field and office) were friendly, punctual, and thoroughly explained the work that they did. A bit pricey but worth it!

Description of Work: we had a squirrel in one of our walls and he couldn't find his way back out. After the naturalist looked up in our attic and around the outside of the house, he explained the services they could provide. We asked them to remove the animal and patch the hole they cut in our wall. They were able to schedule their crew to come out the following Monday. That were on time, they removed the squirrel, and replaced the drywall. A week later they finished patching and painting the wall.

Description of Work: We discovered rat infestation in our attic. It was rampant and the entire attic including insulation had to be remediated. The entry points had to be sealed up also. Critter Control did a fantastic job and yes it was expensive but they did so much work for us. Totally solved the problem including installation of new insulation designed to deter insects, rat fleas, etc. Really can't say enough good about them. LOVE THEM. So professional. They know what they are doing. Consider it solved when you call them.

Description of Work: The office seemed to be a little scattered - did not call to confirm appt the day before and did not seem to want to find out answers to questions. A bit put off but maybe just young- but the estimator was very proffessional, thorough and informative. He answered all questions we had and had no problem with is calling and askimg him anything we needed about the job. The crew that came to do the job was the same. They did everything he said they were, cleaned up and were very courteous and professional. Everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company.

Description of Work: 5 men were here for 10 hours taking care of a rat infestation in our attic. They cleaned out all the old insulation, decontaminated, put in new insulation, and cleaned up. While this was going on inside, another crew was outside closing off every possible entryway for other rats to get in. They then set traps for any rats that were not cleaned out with the major sweep and return promptly every week to check everything. They repaired any damage due to the rats and confirm appointments and are there on time. We are very pleased with the service, follow-up and the professionalism and commitment of all those in charge. |

Description of Work: Removed all rodents and insulation from the attic, new boric acid insulation and sealed up the house. This was very expensive but backed up with a lifetime guarantee we would have no rats in our attic again. They have done follow up visits and confirmed that our attic is clear of rodents. Very professional and they are experts. If was worth the price to know that our attic is not a safe haven for rats anymore and we know we can call critter control if we ever hear anything again.

Included new insulation in the attic as well as patch work on all entry points outside the house. Long day but they kept at it and got the job done (we have a large attic space with sections that are difficult to access). While they are a higher price than others we looked at, they came recommended from our regular exterminator. We also value the lifetime guarantee on the work. We would recommend them to anyone with a rat issue.
