Everything went perfectly! Appointments, scheduling and work. Once started, it took about 3 days to complete the work. After completion, one of their people came buy and did a complete roof inspection to verify everything. I had a small leak in my 20yo roof. Decided it was time to simply replace it and went for a complete 50year, Class 4, roof. The allowed me to obtain a homeowner's insurance discount. I plan on being in the home for quite awhile longer. Parker was awesome to work with. He even helped get the paperwork together for my insurance discount. I would definitely use them again but hopefully won't need to. Still, I would highly recommend them for any size roofing job!

They are excellent.  They explain what they are talking about.  Everything was like above any expectation.  I am very happy with them.  I would absolutely recommend them to others. They use good material and provide good work.  Everything I requested they did.

Very professional. They were not the lowest bid but were not the highest either. They offered a lot of value as in upgraded underlay, shingles, boots, etc. I also liked how they hand nail instead of using a nailer. Its the little details that I liked and that they explained. They also were able to install more vents and larger Whirlybirds. I had 2 leak issues and they came out quickly for warranty repair 2 years later and resolved both issues with the last issue a changing my Whirlybird with a new one. I recommend them to anyone who's asking.

Estimate process was easy and smooth process. Installation went well no issues. Price was a little high but considering the hassle free outcome, it was worth the small difference. Clean-up was after the installation was great.

When I first selected Craddock Roofing I was also trying to have the house painted prior to the roof installation, but weather delayed the painting for several months. I appreciated how patient Craddock Roofing was, working with me to reschedule the installation several times. The installation was professionally done and the site was completely cleaned-up. Since then I had a minor issue with the paint peeling on a single vent stack, and Craddock came out and repainted the stack at no charge.The roof looks great and I highly recommend Craddock Roofing.

Nice company to work with. Gave us brochures with options as well as a list of installed roofs nearby that we could go see to help with selection. We had to wait a white for installation due to rain and backlog. But this wasn't a problem for us. They did a good job.

Craddock Roofing was one of 5 roofers to give me estimates. I felt comfortable with the estimator - Parker; and they have been in business for over 30 years with excellent ratings on Angie's List.. The crew was punctual and finished the job in one day as promised. My house is 1.5 story; 2 turbines were replaced on the 2nd floor roof and a roof vent was installed on the lower story roof. The attic was checked before work began and also upon completion.

.I'm amazed. I mean they showed up when they said they were, you know, they communicate very well. They did the work in like two days. And just like they tell me, it's their first class job, they had to come back to adjust a few edge that were crooked but I mean it was minor stuff.

Workers arrived on wed to take off old shingles, cleaned up daily, complete by Thurs, evening.

Following the heavy thunderstorms that crossed the Houston area in April, I observed water stains on the ceiling of our laundry room. While an attic inspection indicated the leak was most likely the result of wind driven rain, I decided to call Tom for a roof inspection. Tom came out late that same afternoon and despite blazing, direct afternoon sun and heat, performed a thorough inspection, which indicated that our roof was most likely ‘totaled’. He offered a thorough explanation of the loss criteria while referring to images of our roof taken with his Smartphone, providing a very comprehensive explanation of how the typical insurance claim process, choices in roofing materials, an in depth description of the replacement process to include why his crews did not use Pneumatic nail guns to install the new shingles, as well as providing a list of customers in and around our neighborhood. Although it was 9-10 weeks post inspection before the job was able to be scheduled, once onsite, and the work crew finished in two days. The job included replacing worn vents, repainting/resealing others, as well as removing turbo ventilators and replacing deck boards. The crew also added additional ridge venting to improve attic ventilation and once the work was complete, the work crew did a very thorough job cleaning up and the new roof looks fantastic.

Tom gave me a detail introduction on the materials and the process how his team will install the shingles, and walked me thru all the details. In the quote he gave me afterwards, he listed different options and their prices and I chose Certainteed Landmark Pro, Max Def Moiré Black, which turned out to be great looking on my house. Oh, I forgot to mention that the reason I’m replacing my roof is that there was a leak around the jacks during one the storms in April and I figured that it would be better to replace the whole thing given that the roof is almost 20 years old. Though tom told me that they have to wait for at least 4-6 weeks before they can start due to capacity, he patched the leaking area without charges. Right after the fix, we had several storms, including the devastating 100 year rain/flood, but no leak anymore. 4 weeks after signing the contract, I talked to Tom to see if he can start early to accommodate my travel plan in May, and he quickly agreed and the roof was done in two days. The crew spoke and understood English very well and kindly addressed my questions the whole time during the installation. After the job is done, Jesse, the manager came over and did a detailed inspection of the work and addressed a few issues I pointed out (space between the shingle and gutter etc.). Overall, I loved the job and the new shingles look beautiful and I feel that my house looks newer. I will definitely hire them again in the future if anything need to be done with the roof. 

Mr. Craddock went above and beyond his job disruption. He helped with insurance questions, did quick, quality work and was very friendly.

Tom explained the choices of materials very thoroughly and supplied a comprehensive list of clients in our area so that we could check roofing colors and general appearance.  The roof he was replacing was a job he had done for us twenty odd years ago so we knew the workmanship should be great. We did have to wait some time before he could fit us in but responded very well when a planned vacation was nearing and we very much preferred to have the job done before leaving. They didn't quite finish in one day but we were pleased that they put a lot of effort into waterproofing two skylights that were not replaced. They were careful of our yard and fish pond. Clean-up went well and  the finished job looks great

The office staff is available when you call & are helpful. The owner actually visits your home & answers questions completely. All work occurred exactly as estimate. The owner visited to-final inspection. I was pleased.
