Jeremiah is not only an excellent plumber but a very kind and understanding individual. I had an urgent plumbing issue with mitigating circumstances and he responded with the kindness and compassion that you would only expect from a family member or good friend, but also the professionalism that is a credit to his trade. He explained the issue including the cost before starting the repair including possible contingencies instead of just hitting me with the bill with all of these extra costs. I will definitely be using Cooper Plumbing for any future jobs/issues.

When the initial pipe repair that Cooper had done revealed an additional leak, they came right back even though it meant being on the job until 11:15 pm. Despite the late hour, and the fact that they squeezed us in to begin with, they didnâ t charge OT for problems resulting from 2021 winter storm Uri. Their technician, a family member recruited from out of state to help handle the local crisis, was professional and personable. They had hard-to-find parts thanks to bringing help with a loaded truck from New York. The owner runs a tight ship and uses efficient systems. This is a service provider to know.
