They were easy to reach and quick. They provided a superior quality water heater that was made in the USA and had no frills (e.g. no electronic components and all mechanical components). The initial examination was about 30 minutes and the installation was about the same time. Highly recommended.

Communication and customer service were excellent. They completed the repairs as requested and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and provide a detailed invoice as requested.

The guy was professional quick. Almost too quick. He was in house for 30min but it still was $350 so that per seems excessive. But it was done and Iâ ve never replaced a water heater so Iâ ll pay the $350, unfortunately.

When I couldnâ t get anyone to come, these people came, the same day I called. They were recommended by a friend. Polite, friendly, intelligent. I was very impressed.

Scott did a great job. It was not an easy clog to deal with and he patiently stuck with it until he finally got the snake far enough up the pipe to unclog it. Patience and persistence are rare commodities these days. I appreciated his grit.

I had a great experience with Cooper Plumbing. I discovered a leak under my kitchen sink late yesterday. I gave them a call and they scheduled an appointment for first thing today. Scott arrived promptly this morning. He was professional and courteous. My garbage disposal had died a miserable death - even I could see the rust and cracks. He replaced it quickly and efficiently and I was good to go. I chose Cooper because of the good reviews here and I'm happy to report they are all spot on. I highly recommend Cooper Plumbing and will be calling them for any future plumbing issues.

Working with Jeremiah from Cooper Plumbing was absolutely delightful. I love their use of technology with accurate updates on arrival times via text, fast responses, punctual arrival and quick completion of a small project fixing a broken PVC pipe section between the water main and the pressure vacuum breaker. They installed high quality pipe and fittings. Jeremiah even explained how the pressure vacuum breaker works! Overall, I can highly recommend working with Cooper Plumbing because of their very professional and respectful interactions with their customers.

Work is detailed to customer before starting. Work areas are inspected with customer after work is completed. You arenà ¢à  à  t asked to join a club or membership. They hire veterans. Nice people doing plumbing the right way.

Jeremiah and the office staff weâ re pleasant to work with. The work was constantly supervised. Even the dig crew was courteous and pleasant and cleaned up everything before they left. If the need arises I would definitely call them again.
