They did an excellent job. The windows we purchased are hurricane rated. They cleaned up every night, kept me informed about progress or problems.

The work was done in a timely manner and the crew left thing clean and free of debris every evening. They moved stuff, laid down protective covers and vacuumed the areas to insure no glass was left behind.

The sales rep was very informative and thorough. I selected the day of installation and they were on time and ready to go. The crew worked steadily and efficiently and kept everything clean as they worked. They answered all my questions during the tear-out and we checked for previous bug and water damage. I have only had the windows a few weeks, but I am very happy with them.

I did the window replacements in stages over a year and it went great.  They were always prompt, informative, answered all  my questions and above all THEY DIDN'T TRY TO SELL ME WINDOWS I DIDN'T NEED and that was a huge improvement from other companies I spoke to. When the windows were made, Cesar called and set up a time and day to come and install them. He and his crew arrived, got straight to work, were clean and cleaned up after themselves completely. Cesar was so patient with me when I repeatedly asked questions and bugged him when he was so busy. ((My 1997 price I have listed is for the 3 remaining windows I have had installed. I don't remember the price for the larger 4 windows)

The sales pitch was informative and not high pressure. There were, of course, some discounts if I committed and the more windows I committed to, the less the total cost. We were impressed by the amount of heat the windows kept out. The salesman had a great demonstration that convinced us that these windows were the way to go. When the crew came out to install they were friendly and very mindful of keeping things picked up along the way. The whole job was professionally done and the company was very responsive all the way through and after the project.

Loved the experience.  No pressure to go over my budget, fair price, professional installation crew.  I would highly recommend this organization to anyone needing their services.
