They have been a good company for a long time, as they stand by their appliances and have a good reputation throughout the area. I've bought all of my appliances there. Recently, I had a repairman come check my washing machine. He said that he could repair it, but it would cost more than just replacing it. So he said to use it till it burns out all the way and then replace it. I appreciated his honesty.

The company came out and fixed my TV really quickly and did the work in a timely fashion. The cost was very low due to the fact that the TV was under warranty. I have had no further problems since the repair work was done. The cost was for the part not covered under the warranty.

About six months after I got it, something went wrong with it so I called, and they came out within forty-eight hours to fix the problem. They have superior customer service and to me their pricing has never been an issue. I was really impressed with how fast they came out to fix my refrigerator.

Conns Appliance came out to do the service check up on my TV. They left as everything looked okay, but I haven't had any problems other than that. They have always been good to us, and I will continue to use them. The checkups are free under the warranty, and the TV costs twenty-seven hundred brand new.
