It went well. Comcast is a bit on the expensive side, but provides some of the best quality service. For the security, the only thing I am disappointed about is the fact that the camera doesn't come standard with the package.
Description of Work: I had Xfinity security installed and also had the cable set up.

Description of Work: My services (High speed Internet and HD/DVR digital cable TV) went down in late May 2014 and they were down for about 15 days. Once my service was back up my bill was completely screwed up. In calling customer service and dealing with three different people there who spoke decent English but were real hard to understand due to heavy accents or rapid talking, one of the customer service people had added about $100.00 of additional services to my account that I didn't order and wasn't receiving. Regular customer service never could get my service back up and I ended up in Executive Customer Service, which got my service back up again after a few days but it took 2 additional Executive Customer Service people to get my bill straightened out in early October 2014. It was extremely frustrating because each months bill came in much higher (and with disconnection threats) due to late charges because I refused to pay for the services I didn't order and never received and it also took forever to get credit for the 15 days without any service (I think they weren't going to give me credit for the 15 days without service till I paid for the services I didn't order and never received). My Comcast service has gone out a couple times a year since they went to digital a few years ago but it's usually back up within a day or two. This time it was a real nightmare. I will never call their regular customer service again and I told their Executive Customer Service People that. I can't understand them and they obviously can't understand me when they ask and I tell them I don't want ANY additional services added to my account, I just wanted my existing services back up. I would have just changed providers back then if I didn't have my business e-mail account through them. Now I have a separate business e-mail account so next time my service goes down and is down more than a day, I'm done with Comcast, and I've been a customer of theirs since the late seventies or early eighties. Terrible customer service and their service just keeps increasing in price every year. It's just unbelievable. My service was $137.00 a month just 2-3 years ago and now it's approaching $200.00 a month with no change in service. Looking back, I still can't believe what I had to go through for 4 months to just get my service back up, get credit for non service and get my bill straightened out.
