This is the 2nd antique long case clock that Clock Country has done for us & the results were stunning. It amazes me that a clock so old could can keep time so accurately and look so good doing it. Steve Woodruff & his crew have been very professional, responsive & courteous. I would use them again & would recommend them tem to others as well.

It went wonderfully. He gave me an estimate of the cost and an estimated date he would return it. He did way more than I was expecting however he still charged me the estimated cost. The clock looks and sounds fabulous1

The wall clock was picked up, repaired, and returned working like new. The cost was reasonable compared to the damage it had (the entire clock fell to the bottom of the cabinet, including weights). Steve was very personable and gave me a lot of comfort that the clock would be done correctly. He left me an estimate after making several calls for parts, etc. I highly recommend Clock Country -- Steve knows his business and is an honest person to deal with.

Steve is a very good person to work with on high end clocks. He told me what ones to fix and which ones were uneconomic to repair. His prices are on the high end but they are fair considering the quality of service performed. Steve will explain what is being done in as much detail as you require as a consumer. These clocks do require several days to repair so even if you walk in and deliver the units, be prepared for a delay in the turnaround. The shop looks like that of a clock repairman but Steve knows where everything is. Expect a fine experience from a old time expert in clock repair.

This guy is amazing and very knowledgeable, he cares a lot about his clients and the machines he services. He gave me full attention and support while cleaning and repairing my clock. It was my first experience with Angie's list and I am glad I got the provider with more positive reviews, it was well worth it! WIll definitely use his services again when needed.

Old clock. movement failed. Steve found a new movement that fit the case plus a new face that fit the new movement. It's really hard to keep these old clocks running and parts are a continual problem. we have used Steve before for a grandfather clock and he is really good. As soon as the wall clock comes back he is coming out to service the grandfather clock again after 6 years.

Steve was great. I would recommend him to everyone. Great service. Extremly nice and professional. I am very impressed. My clock is 36 years old and it looks brand new. My grandparents would be very proud. :)

My father used Clock Country for over 20 years. After his death I was given the clock and Clock Country continues to provide excellent service.

Obviously very knowledgeable. Did a great job fixing clocks. Hours are somewhat limited. Would definitely recommend their service.

I have a 30 year old wall clock that had quit working. I took it into Steve and he looked at it and told me what needed to be done to get it back into running condition. I left it and about 2 months later Tammy called and said it was ready to be picked up, works like new now. Steve is very nice and explains all questions in detail.

Wow, I am impressed with my experience so far. Tammy was eager to please and very accommodating in answering my questions. Steve is to call soon to schedule a day for home servicing and moving across the room my grandfather clock. His estimate was less than I was expecting and that's always pleasing. I'll update as things progress. So far, I like.

He is very knowable about all of the clocks he works on plus very professional and friendly.

He was able to get my grandfather clock working but informed me that it will eventually quit. A part in it needs to be rebuilt. I didn't let him take it at this time but I will eventually call him back and let him rebuild it. We bought the clock in Germany and have had it about 25 years.

He arrived at the end of his two hour window and worked efficiently yet completely explained what he was doing and answered our questions satisfactorily.

Steve is very personable and showed up as expected with also a call to let us know he was on the way. He remembered the last time that we had him service our clocks (we should have had him out sooner) and took care of getting all of our clocks cleaned and oiled again. I feel comfortable knowing that our clocks will last longer with him maintaining them for us.

He is wonderful and I adore him. He is really wonderful and knows his stuff. He gives honest answers. His store is not neat but he can tell you where everything is!

Steve, the owner, was very nice, and knowledgeable regarding clocks. Brought in one which he made a minor adjustment (for free) that I had not been aware needed to be done. Told me the clock needed nothing more and sent me on my way with a suggested cleaner for the case that turned out to put a beautiful finish on the clock. And indeed it is running great. He was refreshingly honest in saying the clock did not need anything else. Not many people now days are that way. After that, 2 decided to bring in 3 more clocks. One was past the point of being repaired, cost was outweigh value. 2 I left for repair. I'm thrilled to find a competent horologist, and a nice guy to boot!
