Very efficient and low cost, good quality

I am only writing this review because of they way they advertise themselves on their website as high quality dry cleaning and best looking shirts for men to look their best at work. My experience with Cindy's did not live up to those comments at all.
I have used this cleaners a few times because it is convenient to work. I will not be using them again. They are unable to get stains out of clothing and do not stand behind their work. I have had shirts laundered and pressed here and they DO NOT do a good job pressing them. The shirts never looked professionally pressed.
Today was the last straw. They did not get a stain out of a silk shirt. (a less convenient cleaners has been able to do this in the past...and on much more difficult stains) I pointed out the stain did not come out and they said it would ruin the shirt if they tried again. They would not give me back my $2.96.

We have had as good of service as can be expected from a dry cleaner. They have very quick turnaround, and are very responsive to rush items. I never receive shirts back with missing or broken buttons. When asking to remove stains from silk, the explanation is a little weird. I have been told not ask about removing a spot, unless I am ok with the shirt being ruined if the cleaning solution doesn't work or discolors. This is the only time they will put tape on the article of clothing, once you have agreed to let them try with the possibility of being ruined. They claim to look at all shirts for stains before cleaning, and to wash or treat accordingly. This seems to be pretty trusting, but so far we have not had a MAJOR issue. The men's deluxe shirt price is $1.99 per cleaning, and the regular laundered men's shirt is $1.39. I switched my service to the cheaper option today, but not without pushback. The first reason, was they have to deluxe clean with french cuffs, but I have no shirts with french cuffs. The second was, they have to retag all of my shirts with their bar code stickers to make any changes to my preferences. Not really my problem, just another reason to keep their revenue higher. This seems to be a cumbersome process if I decided to change my starch level or wanted to have shirts bagged. I offered to have them just wash two at the lower price level so I can compare, but that option was not available. After some back and forth, she said they will do anything for the customer and made the change. I assume, if I want to change back to the more expensive option, they will say yes without hesitation. Overall, this is not a deal breaker, and I expect this kind of behavior from all retail companies. I would recommend this Cindy's to my friends because they have always been respectful and treated me with courtesy. Plus, after three years of monthly service, the only issues I have had are in this review. Pretty light for a dry cleaner, if you ask me.

They are very good and their prices are excellent. They are incredibly friendly. Nothing comes back ruined or anything.
