Mr. Chavez and his employees are very professional. The person in the office was in touch with me to let me know the status of the call, and Mr. Chavez was right on time and quick, neat and thorough. I was a little shocked at the price because everything happened so fast, I didn't get an estimate first. But, overall, the leak is fixed, and I'm happy about that.

Excellent. Able to solve problem quickly. Price was reasonable considering the distance they came and the trip to home depot. It was a good deal all around. Customer contact was reliable and courteous, not a given these days.

Called them in the morning, they came in the afternoon, was here for 45 minutes, everything fixed well, very friendly, great job.

Plumber never came to do the work. They had me waiting at home two Saturdays in a row, but never showed. The first day I called after they were two hours late, and they said that they would call me back. They did call back three hours later, and they asked if they could reschedule for the next Saturday. I agreed and they never showed, or called the next Saturday all day. I never bothered to call because I believe that it was up to them to call me about the work since I am the customer.

As far as doing the work, I do not have a problem. The issue was in the bathroom, because the fixtures that are glass and about 25 years old, they broke one. They did not tell me about it or apologize and I did not find it until after they were gone. He quoted a price of $3000 total of work. He wanted to replace the cold and hot water lines and the hot water heater for $700. There is nothing wrong with the cold water lines and just wanted business for himself. Also we can get a new hot water heater for $400 from another company.

Within an hour after my initial call the company told me I could expect the plumbers to come the next day, and they would call in advance to advise me when they would arrive. Well before noon the following day they called to say the plumbers were on the way and would arrive shortly. The problem was diagnosed quickly, a quote given, and the work completed within about an hour. I cannot imagine how this would have been better unless it had been free.

The plumber was courteous, on-time, clean and answered all my questions easily. He cleaned up the area and new faucet after installing it. He took away the old faucet with the new box without my asking him. The plumber was able to come the same day I called.

We called Chavez Plumbing on a Saturday afternoon at 3 after a do-it-yourself project turned ugly. The owner is Julio Chavez, and his wife answered our call right away and told us that he'd be over that day even though he was still working on a big job in the southwest part of town. Julio showed up at 6, exactly when his wife said he would, he called when he was on his way, and he fixed the problem in less than an hour. He was very friendly and honest, he explained everything that he did and why, and he explained why we weren't able to finish the job we had started on our own. He said that he still had one more job to go to that day even though he had been working since 7 am, so he really is available 24 hours a day. I will definitely use him the next time I need a plumber.

They kept postponing the appointments but they did it so cheap it didn't bother me. They did call to tell me.

They were knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. They didn't charge me for looking at the faucet even though it took him about 20 minutes to do it.

Plumber arrived early, but called in advance to determine if I would be inconvenienced by his early arrival. He was very courteous and gave me a reasonable estimate for minor repairs to four toilets. Another plumber I contacted had advised me to buy new toilets. He showed me each defective part and demonstrated that each toilet was fully functional after installing the replacement parts. He removed the defective parts and cleaned the floor of water spills before departing. He left business cards with contact information in the event that an unexpected problem arose.

Timely estimate, flexible scheduling and courteous and accommodating employees. Price far below competitors without any compromise.

The woman that answered the phone when I first called was very polite and helpful. When she told me that she did not think that someone could come out until the next day, she made sure that this was not the only toilet in the house. I feel she would have sent someone out right away if it had been. The workers were knowledgeable and very interested in saving us money. This was a great experience.

Very prompt with a clean professional bid. Then, when we accepted the bid, they were ready to start work within two days. Their work was extremely neat, well thought out and clean. This job required some very creative routing of drains and water lines which they did perfectly. It took two short days for them to complete the work. No leaks and no complaints.

Julio's crew was the hardest working and best coordinated crew I have seen in some time. They turned the job around in less then 10 hours. His guys left the work area cleaner then when they started. Very impressive!

The quality of their work was excellent and they cleaned up well. They had to bump back my job twice forcing me to rearrange other portions of job. However they called in advance. Ultimately on the final dates they showed up on time and completed the work on schedule. Office staff was easy to reach and very helpful. They billed in segments according to the work completed up to that point.

They did a great job and were done in just 30 minutes. However, they arrived 2 and one half hours late and did not call in advance to tell me they'd be late (I called them and found out).

The phone service was very polite and helpful, and worked hard to find a time that they could be there that day. When they arrived, they quickly identified the problem, and scheduled a time to fix it at a great price.

Very pleased with the work would have rather had a call from Chavez telling me the worker was going to be late before I had to call and find out.

Came the same afternoon, fixed the problem and they were very helpful.

The plumbers came less than 4 hours after we called. They seemed very knowledgeable and did a very good job. They were very courteous. They stayed and finished the job although it took a long time and it was late. I have had other similar leaks repaired and the charges seemed reasonable.

I had already got an estimate for the cartridge from another company for much more money. He was reasonably priced, very nice and polite. This is going to be our plumber from now on.

THEY WERE NEAT AND CLEAN AND DID A GREAT JOB. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

Did a good job and cleaned up well. Came on same day we called. Even though he was very busy and short of help, he made it a point to get to our job.

I had granite counters installed and didn't realize that the installers would not re-install the plumbing they removed...grrr. Anyway, at 5:15 pm I called them and asked if there was any way someone could come out in the AM so I wouldn't be sinkless...then I decided to be bold and ask if someone could come that night - they did. Installed everything, showed up within 1.5 hours and cleaned up their mess and some of the granite installers mess too. Great job. Price seemed a little high, but not unreasonable - and frankly, I really didn't care since it WAS 6:30pm.
