Julio, the owner, was great. Although a little late, since it wasn't an emergency, that wasn't an issue. I have been charged over twice the amount he charged me for the exact same job previously. No reason to go anywhere else for a plumber.

I think it went well, from the beginning he told me what was wrong with each plumbing device and then he completed the work, gave a month warranty. I was not very happy at all, because it is usually 3 months. Other than that it went fine.

MY WIFE CALLED 11-14 TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THURSDAY THE 16TH. THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE BETWEEN 9 & 10 AM. THEY CALLED AT 8:45 AND SAID THEY WOULD BE SENDING OVER THEIR GUYS BETWEEN 9:00 & 9:15. THEY ARRIVED ABOUT 9:35. SHOWED THEM THE LEAK AND LEFT THEM TO THEIR WORK. THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM BY 10:40. THEY WERE FAST AND NEAT. WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN. PRICING WAS GOOD.

These guys are great. Because I had purchased a faucet that didn't work with the installed sink, they came back without charging me. They were courteous, prompt, and professional. I'd use them again and refer them to to others.

We continue to be well-satisfied with Chavez Plumbing. We had an appointment set up, and when our designated plumber got sick at the last moment, the owner, Julio, came in his stead to keep the appointment. We had prepared the work area ahead of time for the sewer clean-out (digging a trench around the pipe, top and bottom). Julio installed the clean-out to our satisfaction. Then he installed a new lavatory faucet we supplied. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I only have good things to say about Chavez Plumbing.

Called to make appointment. Friendly staff. On time day of appointment. Went over job. Job done quickly and well. Would use again in a heartbeat.

No work was performed. I called at 8:30 am about the valve stems of my shower leaking. I called back at 2:30 pm and asked what the status was and when a plumber might show up. I got a call back at 3:30 telling me they couldn't make it that day and asked if I could reschedule the next morning. I understand there are only three plumbers in this company but I wish I could have been told a 8:30am that the chances of getting a plumber to my house were slim to none. I could have at least called someone else and not wasted a day off of work.

Only an idiot needs a plumber to un-jam a garbage disposal, but I didn't know what else to do... Who knew the sink floods when the disposal can't run?? These guys were on time, polite, and clean. They completed their work quickly. I thought $85 was a little steep for ten minutes of work, but that's probably their standard service fee. They did show me how to un-jam it myself, so I guess I will never have to pay someone to fix this problem again. Bottom line- I would use these guys again and I would also call them for larger, more involved problems.

They were very late, but they apologized and the owner, Julio Chavez, came and apologized personally. Their work was efficient, quick, clean, and they were professional. It appears they did a perfect job and employees were very friendly.

Chavez plumbing was very good about scheduling the call around my time frame. They sent two men and they showed up within the time frame given. They addressed my concerns and performed the work on the toilet seat replacement quickly, and took away the old seats. They attempted to remedy the sulfur smell by reseating the wax ring on the downstairs toilet. They checked the trickling sound but didn't think any repair was needed. No charge to fix faucet knobs. After the work, I clean everything in the bathroom thoroughly and noticed the china caps were missing and the smell was still noticeable. When I called back, the owner came out and re-caulked around the toilet. He added the china caps that had been left off. He also replaced the flapper on the trickling toilet at no charge. We have decided that the sulfur smell is due to the fact that the shower is seldom used and if we drain it regularly, the smell seems to go away.

Well. Very friendly, fast and they honored my coupon.

They showed up early and did an excellent job.

After one week of the ring being replaced I had to call them back because the smell came back. Julio came himself this time and after working on my roof and in my attic he could not find any problems as to why the gas was back unless there was a crack in the pipe in the wall. He suggested putting bleach in the toilet. Since then (2 weeks later) the smell has not returned.

They were on time and professional and did a good job. They completed the job in the time estimated.

I only have good things to say about Chavez Plumbing. Boni and Fabian came on the time promised. They fixed the leak under the kitchen sink, and put in cut-off valves. Then they went on to tackle the more difficult problem of a leak in the drain pipe in the wall behind the master bath sink. A plumber we had previously called said we'd have to tear out the sink. But these men said they could do the work without taking everything out, if we would allow them to tear through the sheetrock in the wall back of the cabinet. But they had difficult access to the work, and they ran into more problems than anticipated because of that difficult access. They stayed working longer than planned, but kept to their original quoted price. They work out of a well-equipped modern truck and have just the right tools. They pick up after themselves, are honest, and knowlegeable. I certainly will use them again, and will recommend them to my friends.

Technician was on time. The only thing I didn't get was a 30 minute call before he arrived. I purchased the toilet on my own. The technician had to make an extra trip since all of the hardware that should have come with the toilet did not. He did not charge any extra for the extra trip. Job was done quickly and he cleaned up the jobsite well.

Had them here two separate days (our choice), 3 fellows here the first day and 2 the second day. On time, very nice, worked very hard. When we had a question about a possible further problem, the owner, Julio, came out himself and checked it out and all was fine. Excellent work will use them again.

Overall good experience. Some confusion regarding requested fixtures, but quickly resolved. Workers polite and efficient. Prices reasonable.

I called and made a 9 am appointment. The morning of a little after 8 I received a call asking me to call them. I returned the call about 10 minutes later and was told the service guy already left for another job, and they would call me back to let me know when the guys could come by. Finally around noon I received a call asking if it would be OK for the guys to come by around 1pm. When the guys showed up, they were very good about inspecting all the possible reasons for the leak. The actual work consisted of replacing hot water hose (corroded copper valve) and re-caulking entire sink by starting the caulking underneath the sink itself to ensure a tight seal. Afterwards they were good about sweeping the floor and putting everything neatly back into the cabinet. The two guys were very polite and great workers. I can't comment on the reasonableness of price because I've never hired a plumber before, but I was happy with their work and will likely use them again.

They hauled off the old toilet and cleaned the work site. I was very happy.

Although Chavez plumbing initially threatened to cancel the appointment after I had already been waiting on them for several hours, I was able to convince them to make their scheduled appointment at a later time that day. I had to explain to them that this was the only day I could take off to be at home for them to perform the work. Once they arrived, the 2 employees were quickly able to perform the requested work in a professional manner. I would use them again, but I would make sure during the scheduling of an appointment that they can commit to making the appointment on that day.
