 + -1 moreThey are ignorant about products that they are authorized sellers of. Be very careful when buying grills because they think all grills are convertible from propane to natural gas. However, conversion will void the warranty for many of the grills they sell. Then when you point this out, they refuse to make amends. I will never buy anything from chair king again.
Description of Work: I purchased a grill over the phone and asked for a natural gas grill. It did not say propane on the invoice so I didn't catch it until it was too late. I didn't use the grill because I was waiting to get a gas line run and they would not make amends even though they mislead me.
