It was awesome. They did an amazing job. I didn’t know how much my husband had paid for it, but I thought it was worth a lot more than that. He did an excellent job and we were very happy with the service. We need to look over financial stuff to see if we can do some sort of continual service or whatever. It was great. It was an awesome and very good technician. They are amazing. They were able to schedule right away and come right away, so that was good. He was on time. It was a good worker. They did everything to my satisfaction. They’re fine.

I now hire their service full time. It was easy to schedule with them, and they showed up on time. They were excellent!

Fine except he was not able to determine the source of some pantry beetles that were active in my master bath. I need to have him back out to do a respray.

It was great. very professional and explained what they were doing. the only issue i had (not a big one) was the communication. I booked the service for a certain day and didn't receive any communication until the week after. since it wasn't an urgent job for me, i don't consider this a big issue because i know they could be busy. A little email, text message etc would have been sufficient to alert me that they wouldn't be able to make the appointment. No worries though, overall great service, and i would definitely use them again!
